Kampf mit einem der Dämonen, der als riesiges Tierhaupt mit drei Augen und großen
Fangzähnen dargestellt wurde, umgeben von Flammen und Rauch. Padmasambhava scheint ruhig
auf einem Schneeleopardenfell zu sitzen, aber sein erhobener rechter Fuß, der kila in
seiner rechten Hand und die in Bewegung geratene kasaya-Robe zeigen seine
Entschlossenheit, die auch in seinem Antlitz Ausdruck findet. Über dem Dämon sitzt
Padmasambhava als Pema Jungne beim Lesen eines Manuskripts in einer blauen Aureole,
daneben in Wolken der rothäutige Rakta Yamari in yab yum mit Vajra Vetali und einen
vajra-Stab schwingend. Um Padmasambhava sitzen weitere Lama und zeigen teils ihr Entsetzen
vor dem blauen Dämonenhaupt. Unten rechts der Schützer Legden Mahakala, der aufgrund
seines langen Sandelholzstabes auch Danda Mahakala genannt wird. Gesamt 105 x 62cm, Bildmaß 66,5 x 41cm. Als Rollbild montiert mit Resten chinesischer Seide. Zustand A/B.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
