A finely bound set of first editions of the novels, except for Mansfield Park, which is the second edition. Jane Austen's six novels are known for their brilliant wit and social commentary, and romantic entanglements among the English gentry of the early 19th century. Though unpublished in her lifetime, works like Pride & Prejudice have secured Austen's place among literary greats. Gilson A1, A3, A7, A8, A9.

(Occasional repairs, with a couple touching a few words; Sense & Sensibility with facsimile half-titles and title page with margin extended; Pride & Prejudice vol. 3 half-title supplied from 2nd edition; Mansfield Park with facsimile first edition half-titles and titles; Emma vols 1 & 2 with facsimile half-titles matching vol. 3.) Uniformly bound by Zaehnsdorf, all edges gilt (rebacked, with original spines laid down; a couple endpapers detached). Provenance: faded ownership inscription to vols 1 & 3 of Sense & Sensibility.

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
