John Beckley Secretary"), 13 pages (372 x 223 mm) written recto and verso on 7 leaves (watermarked Posthorn GR, countermarked IV), final blank with contemporary docket on final blank, "Proceedings of the Convention of Virginia. June 25. 1788."
