Kammerstück. Hoher Korpus aus Kork, mit Khakidrill bezogen, eckiger Nackenschirm. Stirnseitig versplintet der geprägte Reichsadler aus vergoldetem Buntmetall (berieben, migriert), rechts die große Reichskokarde aus lackiertem Blech. Ockerfarbenes Futter, braunes Lederschweißband (Fehlstellen), brauner Lederkinnriemen (unvollständig), im Scheitelkreuz die Herstellerbezeichnung der Firma "Ludwig Bortfeldt, Bremen". Im langen Nackenschutz der Kammerstempel "B.A.O. 1902.". Teilweise leicht beschädigt, Trage- und Altersspuren. Sehr seltener Tropenhelm in guter Erhaltung.

Depot piece. High body of cork, covered with khaki drill fabric, angular neck guard. The embossed imperial eagle of gilt non-ferrous metal (rubbed, migrated) attached to the forehead with pins, on the right the large imperial cockade of lacquered sheet metal. Ochre-coloured lining, brown leather sweatband (flaws), brown leather chinstrap (incomplete), the crown with maker’s mark of the company "Ludwig Bortfeldt, Bremen". The long neck guard with depot stamp "B.A.O. 1902.". Slightly damaged in places, traces of wear and age. Very rare pith helmet in good condition.

Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
