Schlanke, mumienförmige Figur mit langer schwarzer Perücke und über der Brust gekreuzten Armen. Unterhalb der Arme vertikale Schriftzeile, die von Linien seitlich gefasst ist. Der Text lautet: "Osiris. Herrin des Hauses, HENUT URET." Feiner weißer Kalkstein mit Bemalung in gelb, rot und schwarz. Intakt. Höhe 11 cm (mit Sockel 12 cm).

Provenienz: Aus Privatsammlung A.Z., zuvor Privatsammlung M.H. (Schweiz), erworben 2002 in der Galerie Nefer Antike Kunst, Zürich.

An Egyptian ushebti figure, 19th dynasty, 1306-1186 B.C.
Slender, mummy-shaped figure with long black wig and arms crossed over the chest. Below the arms vertical line of writing bordered by lines on the sides. The text reads: "Osiris. Lady of the House, HENUT URET." Fine white limestone with painting in yellow, red and black. Intact. Height 11 cm (with base 12 cm).

Provenance: From private collection A.Z., previously private collection M.H. (Switzerland), acquired 2002 at Galerie Nefer Antike Kunst, Zurich.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
