Circa 1960's
In 1954, Van Cleef & Arpels came up with the ingenious concept of 'La Boutique', which was a line of jewelry that catered to a wealthy yet younger set of clientele who wished to have the highest quality jewelry for daytime wear. Originally created in the 1960's, Philippine rings fit the theme of La Boutique jewels perfectly. Inlaid with panels of various hardstones and centering on a panel of round diamonds, they are perfect whether worn on their own or stacked in various color combinations. This particular pair set with coral and tigers eye respectively are both incredibly wearable icons of jewelry design.
