Schwerer, blanker Stahlbogen (beschliffen), auf der rechten Innenseite die geschlagene Radkreuzmarke mit Strahlenkranz. Originaler Einbund und original geknotete Hanfsehne. Aufputz aus grünen Wollpompons. Gebauchte Säule aus ebonisiertem Holz mit gravierten und geschwärzten Beineinlagen. Fein gravierter Arabeskendekor (teilweise nachgestochen). Originale, im Faden laufende Nuss aus Geweih. Mehrachsiges Schloss, Fadenstecher mit einklappbarem, justierbarem Abzugszüngel, gegrateter eiserner Abzugsbügel. Reste von vergoldeter Zierätzung befinden sich noch am Windenknebel und an der Unterseite der Schlossteile. In der Gebrauchszeit an der beinernen Kolbenkappe ergänzte eiserne Kugelschraube. Bolzenhalter und Visier fehlen. Teilweise leicht beschädigt, Altreparaturen. Bogenweite 60 cm, Länge 65 cm. Dazu ein mittelalterlicher Armbrustbolzen mit Eichenholzzain (Federn fehlen), Länge 37 cm.
Original besehnte, lange genutzte halbe Rüstung mit guter Substanz.

A Saxon crossbow with bone inlays, early 17th century
Heavy, polished steel prod (ground), the mark of a wheel with a sun burst stamped on the inside on the right. Original anchors and originally knotted hemp bowstring. Tassels of green woollen pompoms. The bellied tiller in ebonised wood with engraved and blackened bone inlays. Finely engraved arabesques (re-cut in places). The original nut made of antler and secured with thread. Multi-axle lock, hair set trigger with folding, adjustable trigger shoe and ridged, iron trigger guard. Remnants of decorative gilt etching can still be seen on the cranequin lug and the underside of the lock components. An iron ball screw added to the bone butt cap while still in use. The bolt channel and back sight have been lost. Slightly damaged in places, old repairs. Width of the bow 60 cm, length 65 cm. Includes a medieval crossbow bolt with an oak shaft (the fletches are missing), length 37 cm.
Original bowstring, the half-powered well used, made with good quality materials.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
