Achtkantiger, in rund übergehender Lauf mit originaler Brünierung. Leicht ausgestellte Mündung, glatte Seele im Kaliber 18,5 mm. Eingeschobene Visierung mit Klappkimme. Auf der Oberseite geätzter Blattdekor, über der Kammer geschlagene Suhler Abnahme (Henne) und Meistermarke "TB". Kombiniertes Lunten- und Radschloss mit feuervergoldeten Federn, Hebeln und Auflagen. Gefederter Pfannendeckel, Sicherungshebel. Vollschäftung aus ebonisiertem Nussbaumholz mit Einlagen aus graviertem und geschwärztem Bein. Darstellung verschiedener Fabelwesen zwischen Rollwerk, in Bein eingelegte Kanten. Fein geätzter und vergoldeter eiserner Abzugsbügel, der Knauf in Form einer Schelle geschnitten. Vergoldete eiserne Ladestockröhrchen mit geätztem floralen Dekor. Originaler Ladestock mit graviertem Beindopper und eisernem Kugelkrätzer. Länge 140,5 cm.

A bone-inlaid and partially gilt musket with combined matchlock and wheellock action, Suhl, circa 1570
The octagonal barrel turning to round, with the original finish. Slightly flaring muzzle, smooth bore in 18.5 mm calibre. Dovetailed sights with folding rear sight. Etched foliage décor on the top, the Suhl proof mark (the hen) and the master's mark "TB" struck at the breech. Combined matchlock and wheellock action with fire-gilt springs, levers and appliqués. Spring-loaded pan cover, a safety lever. The full shaft made of ebonised walnut with inlays of engraved and blackened bone. A depiction of different mythical creatures amidst scrollwork, the edges inlaid in bone. Finely etched and gilt iron trigger guard, the knob chased in the shape of a bell. Gilt iron ramrod pipes with etched floral embellishment. The original ramrod with engraved bone tip and iron wad hook. Length 140.5 cm.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
