Expressive figural group of extraordinary size of a dancing Mahakala with his consort in Yab-Yum. Bronze, gilded. Deep red colored hair. Highly detailed depiction. Base closed with copper plate. Traces of age. Few separately made small attributes missing. Intact. Height 57 cm.

Provenance: From the estate of a collector from Berlin, acquired in the1st half or middle of the 20th century.

Ausdrucksstarke Figurengruppe von außergewöhnlicher Größe aus tanzendem Mahakala mit Gefährtin im Yab-Yum. Bronze, vergoldet. Haare und Gesichtsbehaarung tiefrot gefärbt. Detaillierte Darstellung. Boden mit Kupferplatte verschlossen. Altersspuren. Wenige separat gefertigte Kleinattribute fehlen. Intakt. Höhe 57 cm.
