Rechteckige Tabatiere mit scharniergelagertem Deckel aus vergoldetem Silber. Auf dem Deckel mehrfarbiges, feines Mikro-Mosaik mit Darstellung des römischen Forum Romanum, Capitol Palatin und Plantheon. Auf dem außenseitigen Korpus vier umlaufend gravierte Schloss- und Kirchenmotive, darunter frontseitig das Kloster Neuburg. Im Deckel und Korpus Wiener Silberbeschau seit 1872 und Herstellermarke "J.C.K.". Maße 7,2 x 5 x 3,4 cm. Gewicht 181,6 g.

Rectangular snuff box with hinged lid of gilt silver. The lid decorated with a fine polychrome micro mosaic depicting the Forum Romanum, Capitol, Palatine Hill, and the Pantheon in Rome. The exterior featuring four circumferential motifs of castles and churches, underneath at front Kloster Neuburg. In the lid and box Vienna hallmark since 1872 and maker's mark "J.C.K.". Dimensions 7.2 x 5 x 3.4 cm. Weight 181.6 g.
