VIOLINE RAFFAELE UND ANTONIO GAGLIANO (ODER UMKREIS) Neapel, 1859 Zweiteilige Fichtenholzdecke und einteiliger geflammter Ahornboden, hellbrauner Lack, Saitenhalter mit Verzierung. 4/4 Geige, L. 59,5 cm, Korpusl. 35,5 cm. Geigenzettel: 'Raffaele Antonio Gagliano Quondam Giovanni Napoli 1859'. Diese Violine vermutlich erbaut von Raffaele & Antonio Gagliano (1770/1791 - 1857/1860) oder Umkreis ist eine Violine um 1859. Raffaele und Antonio Gagliano waren Geigenbauer und Söhne von Giovanni Gagliano. Ihre Geigen zeichneten sich hauptsächlich durch handelsübliche Qualität aus, mit verschiedenen Details wie breiten F-Löchern und unterschiedlicher Lackierung. Später wandten sie sich der Herstellung von Darmsaiten zu und führten eines der größten Unternehmen in Italien. Besonders Antonio fertigte auch Instrumente, die seinem Namen allein weit überlegen waren, während Raffaele offenbar keine Geigen baute, die nur seinen Namen trugen. Eine aktuelle Dendrochronologische Untersuchung (Juli 2023) von Arjan Versteeg liegt vor und bestätigt das diese Violine aus der Zeit stammt. Part. ber. und best., Bodenriss, unter dem Steg, an einem F-Loch und an der oberen Zarge rest., Deckenrand erneuert, Stimmung erforderlich. The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
