Silberne Vogelminiaturen mit Vergoldung sowie fein ausgearbeiteten Flügeln und Schwanzgefieder. In den Augen Einlagen aus dunklem Glas. Vor dem Schnabel eine Öse, in die ein blattförmiges Blech eingehängt ist. Unter dem Schwanzgefieder eine zweite Öse, in die eine ca. 18 cm lange Silberkette eingehängt ist (Pendilie). Daran befestigt blattförmige, vergoldete Silberbleche, je zwei Einzelstücke sowie zwei Dreiergruppen um einen Mittelteil aus Filigrandraht. Bei einer Pendilie fehlt bei der untersten ehemaligen Dreiergruppe ein Silberblech, bei der anderen Fibel die gesamte unterste Dreiergruppe. Ein einzelnes Silberblech mit Resten der Aufhängung am Mittelteil aus Filigrandraht erhalten. Abgesehen von diesen geringfügigen Beschädigungen insgesamt ausgezeichnete Erhaltung. Länge der Vögel 4,1 cm, Höhe 3,5 cm. Ausgesprochen reizvolle und seltene Juweliersarbeit des Hochmittelalters.

Gilt silver miniature birds with finely worked wings and tail feathers. In the eyes inlays of dark glass. Incorporated into the beak a ring with a leaf-shaped sheet. Underneath the tail feathers a second ring to which a circa 18 cm long silver chain is attached (the pendilium). Attached to it leaf-shaped gilt silver sheets, two single leaves and two groups of three leaves connected to a centre of filigree wire. One silver leaf missing at the bottom group of one pendilium, the other fibula lacking the entire bottom group. One single silver leaf with remains of the filigree wire centre preserved. Apart from these minimal damages in excellent condition. Length of birds 4.1 cm, height 3.5 cm. Extremely charming and rare jewellery dating from the High Middle Ages.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
