Tabula ansata mit Löchern an den Seiten und der Oberkante. In der oberen Hälfte eingravierte vierzeilige griechische Inschrift, in der unteren Hälfte vollplastisches Phallusmotiv, ursprünglich durch Weichlötung montiert. Die Spuren der Weichlötung auf dem metallischen Untergrund noch sichtbar. Wie häufig bei antiken Gegenständen lose gewordene Weichlötung, weshalb der Phallus mit Klebstoff wieder montiert worden ist. An der Zusammengehörigkeit beider Teile besteht jedoch kein Zweifel. Übersetzung der Inschrift: "Abradates weiht dem Asklepios aufgrund eines Gelübdes das Weihegeschenk". Dunkelgrüne Patina mit minimalen Inkrustationsresten. Breite 9,3 cm. Höhe 7,2 cm.
