Öl/Leinwand/Holz, 34,5 x 59 cm, verso bezeichnet 'Walter Voltmer, Hamburg' sowie betitelt. - Landschaftsmaler und Graphiker. V. wurde auf Empfehlung A. Lichtwarks 1901 an der Malschule von A. Siebelist aufgenommen. 1903 trat er dem Hamburgischen Künstlerclub bei. Ab 1907 studierte er erneut, diesmal an der Académie Julian in Paris. Studienreisen führten ihn nach England, Pellworm und Kärnten. Er schuf vor allem Landschaftsbilder aus Norddeutschland und Elbansichten, aber auch Familienbilder und Portraits. Museum: Hamburg (Kunsthalle, Altonaer Mus.). Literatur: Der Neue Rump, Heydorn, Meyer-Tönnesmann: Der Hamburgische Künstlerclub u.a.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
