Nr. 45, nummerngleich. Blanker, sechsfach gezogener Lauf, Länge 9.50" (241 mm). Gesamtlänge 292 mm. Achtschüssig. Bescheinigung über Nichtbeschuss. Fertigung um 1905. Vier Warzen-Verriegelung. Zwei Federn für den Verschluss, eine für den Rohrrücklauf. Auf der Laufschiene klein bezeichnet "Mars Pistol O. "450"". Vollständige originale Brünierung, partiell minimale Gebrauchs- und Lagerspuren (bespielt). Hahn und Kleinteile weiß poliert. Dunkle glatte Nussholzgriffschalen. Originales blankes Kastenmagazin mit Bügel über dem Zubringer, der die Patrone hält. Beidseitig sechs Sichtlöcher.
Die Pistole wurde ursprünglich bei Webley & Scott gefertigt und nahm 1901 am britischen Militärtest teil. Sie wurde nicht angenommen. Vgl. u. a. auch die umfangreichen Berichte über diese ungewöhnliche Waffe im Internet.

SN. 45, matching numbers. Barrel length 9.5" (241 mm). Bright bore with six lands and grooves. Overall length 292 mm. Eight shots. No modern proof marks. Year of make ca. 1905. Four locking lugs. Triple spring system, two for the breech block, one for the barrel. On the barrel bar marked "Mars Pistol O. "450"". The original finish almost 100%, with only minor traces of handling. Small parts polished. Dark, smooth walnut grips. Original polished box magazine, with a top bracket to fix the cartridge. Six windows on each side.
