Sparrow, Milestones of Science 195. - Erste u. einzige Ausgabe des wichtigen biologischen Klassikers. - Obwohl die Zellen eines lebenden Organismus letztendlich sterben, wird ein Teil des Protoplasmas der Keimzellen von Generation zu Generation durch Eizelle und Sperma weitergegeben. Dieser Substanz gab Weismann den Namen Keimplasma. Seine Keimplasma-Theorie wiederlegte damit die Lamarcksche Vererbungstheorie. Weismanns Fähigkeit seine Ideen klar und eindringlich zu formulieren, hatten ihm bereits Ende des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts große Anerkennung in der Fachwelt verschafft, seine Chromosomen-Theorie wurde durch seine Forschungen in den 1920er und 1930er Jahren bestätigt. - A. Weismann "entwickelte die Ideen Darwins zum sogenannten Neodarwinismus weiter und erwarb sich durch seine Vererbungslehre (Keimplasmatheorie) große Verdienste" (Hirsch-Hüb. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
