SN 1906703. Die linke Abdeckung mit Zeiss-Logo, die rechte gemarkt "DELFORTEM / 15x60". Mitteltrieb und Okularverstellung relativ leichtgängig. Die originale Belederung in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, der schwarze Originallack mit geringen Gebrauchsspuren. Trageriemen. Gewicht 1,3kg. Durchsicht 1-. Produktionsdatum Dez. 1938 im ersten Los von 500 Stück.
Das eigentlich als ziviles Weitwinkelglas gebaute Delfortem wurde wohl eher militärisch verwendet, da der Kriegsausbruch relativ kurz nach Produktion der ersten Serie erfolgte. Vgl. Seeger, "Zeiss Handferngläser - 1919 - 1946", S. 186. Ein relativ seltenes Glas in sehr gutem Zustand.

SN 1906703. The left cover marked with Zeiss logo, the right one "DELFORTEM / 15x60". Center drive and diopter adjustment relatively smooth. The original leatherette in excellent condition, the original black paint with only minor signs of wear. Carrying strap. Weight 1,3kg. Transparency 1-. Made in Dec. 1938 in a first batch of 500.
The wide-angle Delfortem was initially designed for civil use, but since war broke out right after production had started it was mostly used by the military. See Seeger, "Zeiss Handferngläser - 1919 - 1946", p. 186. Pretty rare binoculars in very good condition!

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
