Beschriftung und Signatur des Künstlers: "Im Sommer des Jiwei-Jahres (1979) gemalt von Daqian Zhang Yuan in der "Abode of Illusion" (Moye Jingshe). Drei Siegel des Künstlers: "Zhang Yuan", "Daqian jushi", "Moye jingshe". Unter Glas gerahmt.
Aus einer alten deutschen Privatsammlung, laut Angaben der Besitzer im Jahr 1979 oder kurz darauf von einem engen Freund des Künstlers Zhang Daqian erworben
1976 beschloss Zhang Daqian, nach Taiwan zu ziehen, wo er in einem Vorort von Taipeh unweit des Nationalen Palastmuseums ein Grundstück kaufte. Dort ließ er seinen endgültigen Wohnsitz errichten und nannte ihn in Anlehnung an die buddhistische Terminologie "Abode of Illusion" (Moye jingshe). Es umfasste einen chinesischen Garten und ein großes Malatelier. Dort entstand auch dieses schöne Gemälde mit Bergen im blau-grünen Stil und einem Gelehrten, der zwischen ihnen spazieren geht. Die Landschaft erinnert an die bergige Lage dieser Residenz, und der Gelehrte könnte Zhang Daqian selbst sein, der durch seine neue Umgebung wandert. In den späten 1960er Jahren hatte er einen neuen Landschaftsstil entwickelt, der die traditionelle chinesische Blau- und Grünmalerei mit dem westlichen abstrakten Expressionismus verband. Mit leuchtenden blauen und grünen Farben, die er auf das Papier spritzte, schuf er fast abstrakte, lebendige Ausdrucksformen der Kraft der Landschaft in einem sehr chinesischen Sinne

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
