Tegula-Fragment mit unvollständigem Stempel "... G XIIII GMV", der eindeutig der 14. Legion (mit den Beinamen) Gemina Martia Victrix zuzuordnen ist. Die Legio XIIII Gemina Martia Victrix war spätestens ab dem Jahr 114 n. Chr. und fast 300 Jahre lang in Carnuntum am Donaulimes stationiert. Ferne mit Wischspuren. Dreiseitige Bruchkante. Maße 39 x 33 x 2,5 cm.

Roman brick with stamp of the 14th legion, 1st - 4th century
Fragment of a tegula with incomplete stamp "...G XIIII GMV", which can clearly be assigned to the 14th Legion (with the epithets) Gemina Martia Victrix. The legio XIIII Gemina Martia Victrix was stationed in Carnuntum at the Danube Limes from AD 114 at the latest and for almost 300 years. Broken on three sides. Dimensions 39 x 33 x 2.5 cm.
