Die Rückseite zeigt die Darstellung der Unabhängigkeitserklärung nach einem Gemälde von John Trumbull. Die Frontseite ist mit "Andy Warhol" mit blauem Filzstift signiert und mit der Nr. "B 12072173A" versehen. Außerdem aufgeklebte US-Postage-Briefmarke Minnesota Bicentennial Era 1776 - 1976, abgestempelt in Jersey, April 1976. Die Rückseite ist mit "Andy Warhol" gestempelt.
