Eisernes Kreuz 1813 2. Klasse mit lackiertem Eisenkern (Bruch am Ansatz des rechten Kreuzarmes) in zweiteiliger silberner Zarge, mit angesetzter Ringöse und Bandring am 30 mm breitem Band. Breite des Kreuzes 42 mm, Gewicht 14,5 g. Dazu die 2/3 Reduktion („Schnallenstück”) mit schwarz nachlackiertem Eisenkern, ohne Band und Bandring. Breite des Kreuzes 34 mm, Gewicht 8 g. Leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Sehr selten.
Als Träger kommen infrage die Grafen Joseph Askan Maria Alexander Verri della Bosia (1756/57 - 1828, Oberst à la suite) oder Carl Askan Verri della Bosia (1790 - 1878, Generalmajor).

Iron Cross 1813 2nd Class with painted iron centre (break at the base of the right cross arm) in a two-part silver frame, the carrying ring soldered on, the suspension ring with a ribbon of 30 mm width (width of the cross 42 mm, weight 14.5 g). Comes with a Prinzen sized Iron Cross 1813 2nd Class (2/3 reduced size, a wearer’s copy), the iron core repainted in black, without ribbon (width of the cross 34 mm, weight 8 g). Slightly damaged, traces of age. Very rare.
May be attributed either to Count Joseph Askan Maria Alexander Verri della Bosia (1756/57 - 1828, colonel à la suite) or to Count Carl Askan Verri della Bosia (1790 - 1878, major general).
