Die beiden Lamellophone sind möglicherweise afrikanischen Ursprungs und werden dort als „mucapata“, „Kalimba“ oder “sansa“ bezeichnet. Beide Instrumente weisen Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren auf.
Das erste, eckige Lamellophon besitzt 11 Klangstäbchen und hat folgende Abmessungen: Länge: 31,7cm, Breite: 9,5-13,1cm, Höhe: 3,1cm.
Das zweite Lamellophon, dessen halbrunder Klangkörper möglicherweise aus einer Nuss oder einem Kürbis gefertigt wurde, besitzt 5 Lamellen. Das Instrument hat folgende Abmessungen: Länge: 14,3cm, Breite: 10,8cm, Höhe: 8cm.
