Albertus Alides Steenbergen
Albertus Alides Steenbergen was a Dutch painter and writer. He mainly painted birds, flowers and insects. In addition to oil painting, he created watercolors. In 1836 he moved to Haarlem, where many flower painters lived at the time. Steenbergen worked in Haarlem until 1839, after which he went to Amsterdam, where he spent three years.
