Charles B. Newhouse was a British animal painter.

Charles B. Newhouse painted many watercolor scenes with galloping horses in a harnessed carriage or wagon, depicting a dynamic and dramatic plot of what is happening. He was also very skillful at painting dogs and other animals. Some of his paintings were engraved by Richard Gilson Reeve, James Bailey, and Charles Rosenberg.
