Friedrich August Erich Schmidt-Kestner was a German sculptor, studied at the art academies in Berlin and Düsseldorf, took part in the Great Art Fairs in Berlin and Munich, stayed in Rome, lectured in Konigsberg and taught at the Kunstgeverbeschule in Kassel.
