Frank Suplie is a contemporary German artist. He belongs to the Norddeutsche Realisten movement. He exhibited in many countries in Europe & United States. He is a member of the Painters' Association of North German Realists since 2006. Suplie paints everyday scenes that move him, for example Berlin cityscapes with colorful billboards or idyllic fields and lakes in nature. In his long career as a painter, Suplie's curiosity and desire for light never died down. He is a master of traditional egg tempera painting, his motifs appear casual and unforced, and one is joyfully immersed in the freshness of the colors.
