Heinz Friedrich

Heinz Friedrich was a German painter. He started his career as a mason and construction technician before studying at arts academies in Stuttgart and Karlsruhe. He attended the international summer school in Salzburg in 1956 and worked as a set designer for theaters. Later, he focused on color woodcut technique and became a member of the international woodcutters association "XYLON" in 1970.
