José Belizón Tocino was a Spanish painter. Born into a working-class family, he showed a great talent for drawing from childhood and came into contact with other artists at an early age, especially Pierre de Mateu. Tocino combined his artistic activities with his work as a blacksmith in a shipyard in Puerto Real.
