Evgraf Fedorovich Krendovsky (Russian: Евграф Фёдорович Крендовский) was a Russian painter of the 19th century. He is known as a portrait painter, genre painter, master of interiors and a representative of the Venetsianov school.
Following the example of his teacher Venetsianov, Evgraf Krendovsky paid particular attention to perspective in interiors and landscapes. He often used watercolor and gouache techniques. The most fruitful period in the artist's work is considered the period from 1836 to 1870, when the majority of his works, mainly of domestic genre, were created. He also created portraits, including group portraits and miniatures.
