Adi Holzer is an Austrian visual artist, illustrator, draughtsman, painter, graphic artist, glass painter and sculptor of bronze sculptures and glass sculptures. He works alternately in his studios in Værløse in Denmark and Winklern in Austria. In Austria he is a member of the Carinthian Art Association.
Eva Navarro is a Spanish painter living in Madrid, Spain. She has a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Her work is considered part of the Spanish New Figurative Art Movement. She mostly exhibits her work in Europe and the United States.
Navarro's work has been described as "vivacious, uncomplicated and energetic, as well as being full of extraordinary colour". Basic elements such as movement, space, action and time, all expressed through the human figure, are reflected in her work.
Josef Albers was a German-born artist and educator. The first living artist to be given a solo shows at MoMA and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, he taught at the Bauhaus and Black Mountain College, headed Yale University's department of design, and is considered one of the most influential teachers of the visual arts in the twentieth century.
As an artist, Albers worked in several disciplines, including photography, typography, murals and printmaking. He is best known for his work as an abstract painter and a theorist. His book Interaction of Color was published in 1963.
