Erich Heckel was a German painter and printmaker, and a founding member of the group Die Brücke ("The Bridge") which existed 1905–1913. His work was part of the art competitions at the 1928 Summer Olympics and the 1932 Summer Olympics.


Thomas Heeremans was a Dutch painter and art dealer. He is known for his landscapes of winter scenes, cityscapes, harbor scenes, beach views, river views and village scenes. He was influenced by Klaes Molenaer, a slightly older painter also from Haarlem.




Siegward Sprotte was a German artist, writer and philosopher.
Originally Siegward Sprotte painted figuratively, including portraits of old masters and drawings. Later he devoted himself more to landscape, up to the ideogram and colourful calligraphy.
Sprotte has written many works on the subjects of art, consciousness and modernity, and is the creator of a new paradigm of "eye-to-eye".
