Lu Chuntao is a Chinese painter.
He studied at the Shanghai University of International Studies and is the deputy director of the Shanghai Institute of Calligraphy and Painting.
Lu Chuntao expresses his mood and feelings through semi-abstract paintings. His paintings are imbued with vibrating life, with splendor and different colors, they are full of joy. This shows a commitment to the "Shanghai School of Painting" and a respect for traditional pictorial painting. The artist has a casual and concise style of Western painting, but retains the spiritual kinship and full meaning of Chinese traditional painting.

Shitao or Shi Tao (simplified Chinese: 石涛; traditional Chinese: 石濤; pinyin: Shí Tāo) was a Chinese Buddhist monk, calligrapher, and landscape painter during the early Qing dynasty.
Shitao is one of the most famous individualist painters of the early Qing years. The art he created was revolutionary in its transgressions of the rigidly codified techniques and styles that dictated what was considered beautiful. Imitation was valued over innovation, and although Shitao was clearly influenced by his predecessors (namely Ni Zan and Li Yong), his art breaks with theirs in several new and fascinating ways.
His formal innovations in depiction include drawing attention to the act of painting itself through his use of washes and bold, impressionistic brushstrokes, as well as an interest in subjective perspective and the use of negative or white space to suggest distance. Shi Tao's stylistic innovations are difficult to place in the context of the period.

Baron Wilhelm Ivan Friederich August von Gloeden, commonly known as Baron von Gloeden, was a German photographer who lived and worked in Italy. One of the greatest masters of male nudity, a precursor of homosexual photography and a forerunner of performance art.
Wilhelm von Gloeden is mainly known for his pastoral photographs of nude Sicilian boys, which usually feature props such as wreaths or amphorae, suggestive of ancient Greece or Italy. From a contemporary perspective, his work is commendable for its controlled use of lighting, as well as the often elegant poses of his models. His innovations include the use of photofilters and special cosmetics (a mixture of milk, olive oil and glycerine) to mask skin imperfections.
