Litvinov Zoya Vasilievna born in 1938 in the village of Old Village of Gomel region. In 1961окончила Minsk art school. Teachers: S. P. Katkov and A. A. Maliszewski. Then he entered the Belarusian theatre and art Institute. In 1967 Z. V. Litvinova graduated from Theatre and art Institute in Minsk (Department of monumental). Teachers: G. H. Vashchenko and A. M. Kischenko. In 1970 she was accepted as a member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Z. V. Litvinova was awarded the honorary diploma of the USSR Academy of arts, and a diploma of the First International plein air Chagall in Vitebsk. She has also been awarded first prize at the all-Union art exhibition in Moscow, awarded the title "Honored artist of the Republic of Belarus", the Chevalier of the order "For merits in the field of literature and art" in France and the order of Frantsisk Skorina of the Republic of Belarus.

Today paintings Litvinova are in the National art Museum of Belarus, the Belarusian Museum of modern art, in the Polotsk historical-Cultural Museum-reserve, the State Tretyakov gallery in Moscow, the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg, in museums of Riga, Novosibirsk, Arkhangelsk, Bishkek, Ufa and other cities, as well as private collections and municipal collections in Austria, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Holland, England, South Africa, Israel, USA and Canada.
