Silver salt shaker-throne, stylizing the bast industry of Russia, with a symmetrical pair of roosters on the extensive slotted back, and a similar motif on the surface of the hinged lid. Decorated with an engraved geometric pattern on the body, raised on four corner legs. Each piece has Moscow hallmarks of 84 hallmark silver by the assayer Ivan Lebedkin, 1899-1908, and the initials of the master “MG” Mikhail Goloshchapov. Height: 8.2 cm. Weight: 52 g.
