Along the edge of the edging, there are relief elements made in the form of teeth.Description of reverseIn the center is the Small State Emblem of the Russian Empire - a two-headed eagle, whose heads are crowned with two crowns, the third, a large crown above them. All of them are connected with the ribbon of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called. On the eagle`s chest is the Moscow coat of arms - a shield with the image of George the Victorious with a spear, slaying the dragon. Around the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called Apostle. On the wings are the coats of arms: the Kingdoms of Kazan, Poland, Tauride Chersonesos, Astrakhan, Siberian, Georgian and the coat of arms of the united principalities of Kiev, Novgorod and Vladimir - 4 for each wing. In the right paw of the eagle there is a scepter, in the left - orb. The coin was made in 1898.
