Japanese Wakizashi Sword in Carved Bone Sheath, Late Meiji Period (turn of the 19th–20th centuries)
A small ceremonial wakizashi sword made at the end of the Meiji era demonstrates the highest level of craftsmanship by Japanese artisans at the turn of the 19th–20th centuries.
