An intricately decorated Italian silver cooler in the shape of a tall Art Deco vase, with a wavy body and vineyard swirls as handles. Along the ribs and edging the body is decorated with grape grotesques, baroque waves and shells. The waist of the base also bears charming and high-relief curls of living baroque. Italian hallmark 800 silver in an oval, the head of the Gargona Medusa in the octagon and the diamond-shaped hallmarks of Modena 1944-1934: 48, through the vertical of the lictors hatchet, MO. Height: 32.5cm. Weight: 2129 gr.
