On one side of the body is a vertical signature in Japanese characters — an artists engraving traditionally applied by hand, marking the work as individually executed.Marks: Vertical hallmark with Japanese characters 純銀 光村製 (Jun-Gin Mitsumura-sei), meaning pure silver, made by Mitsumura, confirming attribution to the renowned Mitsumura workshop.
