Nicholas G. Zaloznaya (16 Oct 1925 — 7 April 1982) was a Russian artist of Ukrainian origin. Born in the village knyazhichi, Kiev region in the family of Grigory Ivanovich Zaloznaya. In 1954 he graduated from the Minsk art school and in 1959 — the Belarusian theatre and art Institute. His teachers were V. Volkov, A. Mozalev, V. Tsvirka. Participant of exhibitions since 1959. Worked in the style of easel painting. The main works are: "Students", "Tale", "the Maquis". He taught at Minsk art school (1960-1971) and the Belarusian theatre and art Institute (1971-1982). His works are kept in National art Museum of Belarus and the Museum of modern art in Minsk. Daughter of Nicholas Zaloznaya, Natalia, went in his father's footsteps, also taking up painting, lives in Belgium.
