From a series of 'The Five Senses', modeled as two robed figures, one eyeing a piece of fruit in his hand, a small bottle in the other, his breeches painted with a moon and stars, his companion holding a cup before a basket full of further bottles, on a rocaille-cast base issuing a tree mounted with tôle-peinte and porcelain flowers, the porcelain figures adapted to the base but apparently original
