A VERY RARE XING OVAL QUATRILOBED DISH

TANG DYNASTY (AD 618-907)

The oval dish raised on a slightly splayed foot is potted with rounded, lobed sides and decorated in the center of the interior with a fish in relief. The dish is covered with a creamy white glaze.
