DIN A4, maschinenschriftlicher Briefkopf "Der Führer und Reichskanzler", maschinenschriftlicher Text. Handschriftlich von Lammers datiert "Führer=Hauptquartier, d. 16." Juni 1940. Roter Stempel "Geheime Reichssache!". Eigenhändige Unterschrift Hitlers in schwarzer Tinte und Paraphe "L 16./6." von Lammers. Am Oberrand bezeichnet "1 Ausfertigung!", neben Hitlers Unterschrift der Tintenvermerk "1 Ausfertigung m.der Prüfnummer 2 [.] ist als Anlage zu [./Aktennummer] untergegangen. 25.5.40" mit undeutlichem Kürzel.
