Halbkugelförmige Alabasterschale mit rötlich-oranger Tönung. Das Gefäß minimal oval. Vom Korpus abgesetzt ist eine kleine, runde Standfläche. Unterhalb des Randes leichte Einschnürung. Stellenweise Sinterspuren. Der Rand minimal bestoßen. Sonst intakt. Durchmesser 15,5 - 16,5 cm. Höhe 9,5 cm.

Provenienz: Aus rheinland-pfälzischer Sammlung, übernommen vom Vater.

An Elamite alabster bowl, 3rd millennium B.C.
Hemispherical alabaster bowl with a reddish-orange hue. The vessel is minimally oval. A small round base set off from the body. Slight constriction below the rim. Traces of sintering in places. The rim minimally bumped. Otherwise intact. Diameter 15.5 - 16.5 cm. Height 9.5 cm.

Provenance: Private collection in Rhineland-Palantine, by descent from the father.
