Arno Breker gilt als einer der bedeutendsten Bildhauer klassischer Tradition im 20. Jhdt. In der großen europäischen Bildhauertradition französischer Prägung steht er neben Auguste Rodin, Charles Despiau und Aristide Maillol.
Dark patinated bronze figure, representing a female nude. The support signed "Arno Breker 1977" on the back, serial number "16/300" and foundry mark "VENTURI ARTE". Height ca. 30 cm. Weight ca. 6.5 kg. The impressive, elegant bronze figurine in good condition.
Arno Breker is considered one of the most important 20th century sculptors in the classical tradition. In the tradition of great European sculptors with its French influence, he ranks alongside Auguste Rodin, Charles Despiau and Aristide Maillol.
