AN EXTREMELY RARE CLASSICAL TIARA WITH DIAMONDS - Germany, circa 1825 - Gold 585/000 and silver, tested, metal. Approx. 257 diamonds in round, pear-shaped and oval rose cuts, total approx. 27 ct. Restored. 2 additional parts to convert into a necklace: rose gold and white gold 585, marked. 40 rose-cut diamonds, total approx. 0.80 ct. Approx. 36.1 g. - Old Private Collection, Munich. In the early 19th century the diadem experienced its heyday. The female aristocracy of Europe loved the befitting headdress, usually decorated with diamonds, more than anything. The great role model is Empress Josephine, she shaped the style of an entire epoch, which the fashion-conscious high nobility gladly followed. A piece comparable to our diadem was made by the Stuttgart court jeweler Heinrich August Kuhn in 1824 for Queen Pauline of Württemberg. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
