Around the year 1780. Johann Eberhard Castens.

Wooden Cabinet with marbled version. Behind the glass painting in Eglomisé technique. Gold-plated dial with silver-plated Numeral ring. Color-painted figure machine. High rectangular body with bracketed statements. In the gable field, and on the sides
antique muses. Dial with engraved floral decoration and openwork
Gusset ornaments, wreath with Roman numerals and Arabic Chapter ring, the arch field
Figure machine with two dancing pairs, as well as the display of the four melodies. Large
rectangular movement with the spindle gear, three spring houses, and Birnpendel. Hour strike on
Bell, as well as hourly movement on nine bells with four melodies. Repetition. 60x37x20cm.
On the back cover label call depth: 'All the varieties of watch makes, and J. E. Castens sold lives on the Fuullen (Lazy) road in Bremen.
