Important Guild Cup of tailoring. Leipzig, in 1646. H. 61.5 cm. Goblet in the Form of a Fingerhutes, the pointilliert lower wall part. Balusterschaft on a flared round base on three ball feet, supported by three heraldic lions. On the slightly curved lid plastic figure of a female figure with a crown and palm fronds. Silver, chased, engraved and gilded. Below the Kupparandes dedication inscription, "in 1646, THIS will come on THE LOBLICHEN tailoring OF the FOLLOWING PERSONS TO the MEMORY of REVERED". On a flared round base and ball feet name inscriptions and the year 1658. Two Ösenschienen, which were circumferentially placed around the goblet up to 29 trailers, in the Form of shields, hanging, embossed, engraved, and part of a gold-plated silver with other names, inscriptions and dates. On the lid is also engraved name. Under the lip edge of the town mark, the year letter "t" for 1646-48, inspection masters: Melchior leek, master Hans Scholler (champion since 1642) marked:.
