Kal. .45Colt, Nr. 81630SA, nicht nummerngleich - Abzugsbügel und hinterer Griffrahmen 81304SA. Spiegelblanker Lauf, Länge 7½". 3. Gen. Oben auf dem Lauf einzeilig Colt Firmierung hinter den Initialen des Eigentümers, links Modell und Kaliber, rechts ".45Colt". Nicht sichtbar angebrachter dt. Beschuß auf der Trommel. Originales tiefschwarzes Hochglanzfinish. Schwarze Kunststoffgriffschalen mit Fischhaut, rampant Colt und US-Wappenadler. Die ganze Waffe flächig mit Rankengravur in außergewöhnlicher Qualität versehen, goldeingelegte Schriftzüge und Randlinien, der US-Wappenadler hinter dem Hammer in Gold eingelegt. Der Abzugsbügel aus Messing kupferfarbig, en suite graviert mit Goldrahmung, vorne mit der Signatur von Claus Willig. Die ganze Waffe in neuwertigem Zustand, außer Beschuß ungebraucht, auch keine Trommellinie erkennbar. In passender Holzkassette, grün ausgelegt, Abmessungen 39x20x8 cm, mit Colt-Schriftzug am Deckel und nummerngleichem Colt Etikett am Boden. Verchromter Flachmann, ebenfalls mit nummerngleichem Etikett des Colt Shops, mit Geschenkgravur schauseitig.
Ein fabrikneues Holster aus hellbraunem Leder für Colt SAA, gemarkt "American Sales & Mfg Co / Laredo, Texas" im Oval, daneben "Hand-crafted / Made in USA" und "44 Cal". Mit 24 Patronenschlaufen.
Dazu Horst Trigatti, "The American Legacy", Würzburg 2008, deutsch, über vier von Claus Willig gravierte Revolver, viele Zeitungsausschnitte zu Arbeiten von Claus Willig, sowie zwei Bücher des Einlieferers zu Winchester-Gewehren und Gewehrschießen.

Cal. .45Colt, SN. 81630SA, numbers not matching - trigger guard and rear grip strap numbered 81304SA. Mirror-like bore, barrel length 7½". 3rd Gen. On top of the barrel single line company markings behind gold inlaid owner's initials, to the left model and calibre, to the right ".45Colt". German proof mark invisibly applied to rear of cylinder. Original deep-black finish > 99,9%, with no visible signs of wear, not even cylinder line. Black plastic grip panels with chequering, rampant Colt and American Eagle. The entire gun covered in engraving of outstanding quality, the tendrils beautifully integrating bolt heads and ends, the model name inlaid in gold, all outlines inlaid in gold, as are the sides of the hammer. On the flat part of the rear grip strap a gold inlaid American Eagle. The copper-coloured trigger guard en suite engraved, with the engraver's signature on the front. As new! In original Colt wooden box, the lid marked "Colt", the bottom with matching number Colt sales sticker, inlaid with green baize. Dimensions 39x20x8 cm. Chrome-plated pocket bottle, with matching Colt shop label, with engraved dedication on the front.
As-new holster for Colt SAA of light-brown hide, marked "American Sales & Mfg Co / Laredo, Texas" in an oval, "Hand-crafted / Made in USA" and "44 Cal". With 24 cartridge loops.
Included are Horst Trigatti, "The American Legacy", Wurzburg 2008, in German language, describing in detail four revolvers engraved by Claus Willig. Many magazine clippings on Claus Willig's works, plus two books authored by the consignor, on Winchester rifles and rifle shooting (both in German).
Master engraver Claus Willig of Schweinfurt, Germany, the son of Emil Willig, master engraver with Franz Jaeger, Suhl. Claus is well known for his outstanding work, notably during his years as master engraver of Paul Jaeger, Inc., in Jenkintown, PA, USA.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
