A good wide-margined uncut copy of the second edition, corrected and enlarged with various annotations and commentaries. A finer edition than the first published in 1553.

Folio (350 x 235mm). Half-title, engraved vignette on title, portrait of Michelangelo and 3 engraved plates, a full-page engraved illustration and other small engravings in the text (gatherings A-G slightly shorter, few leaves unbound, without final blank). Contemporary boards, manuscript title on spine, uncut (light staining and some wear to spine).

First of all, you should register to be able to purchase at auction. The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
