Bll. - ╔Angebunden: Des Heyligen Römischen Reichs Ordnungen,╗ Die Gülden Bull, sampt aller gehaltner Reichsztäg Abschieden. Worms, S. Wagner, 1537. 4 Bll., 200 S. Flex. Prgt. d. Zt., fleckig, angestaubt u. knittrig, einige Wurmspuren, Bindebänder fehlen.
I. VD 16, K 1740; Kaspers S. 90 (mit Abb. einer Titelvariante). - Erste Ausgabe. "Erste zusammenfassende Aufzeichnung des Landrechts von Kurköln... Besondere Beachtung verdient schließlich das Titelblatt der vorliegenden Ausgabe von 1538 wegen der Darstellung des Erzbischofs inmitten der Inhaber der Erbämter seines Hofes, Erbschenk, Erbhofmeister, Erbmarschall und Erbkämmerer" (Kaspers). - Gering gebräunt, teilw. etwas fleckig, wenige alte Anmerkungen, 1 Bl. mit längerem Eintrag. Das letzte Blatt mit Wurmspuren im Rand u. aufgezogen. Der Holzschnitt mit dem Stammbaum seitlich bis in den Rand der Darstellung beschnitten. Der Titel fingerfleckig, seitlich u. unten knapp beschnitten, zwei Stempel. II. VD 16, D 696. - Sammlung der wichtigsten Reichs-Abschiede und -Ordnungen. "Nach dem verwendeten Druckmaterial könnte diese Offizin eine Filialdruckerei des Johann Schöffer in Mainz sein, worauf auch vor allem die von Wagner gebrauchten Prachtinitialen Schöffers hinweisen. Auch der Druck von einigen Reichsdrucksachen, für die Johann Schöffer privilegiert war, deuten das gleiche an." (Benzing, Buchdr. S. 479, 5). - Teilw etwas fleckig bzw. fingerfleckig, vereinzelte Anmerkungen, vereinzelt geringe Feuchtigkeitsspuren, Titel mit Besitzvermerk, Schmuckinitiale etwas angeschnitten. Vorsatz mit mod. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
